Terms of Service

By creating a KarDeli account or using the KarDeli desktop app, the kardeli.ir website, or the KarDeli API ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
KarDeli provides an AI-assisted development/assistant desktop application together with account services, an AI model gateway, and optional integrations (including a Gmail/Email connector). Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality.
2. Accounts
- You register with a phone number (OTP) or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account and for all activity under your account.
- API tokens issued to you are personal and confidential; do not share or publish them. You can regenerate or revoke them in the app or on kardeli.ir.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email through the email integration, or use it to harass or defraud;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to break the Service (scanning, scraping, bypassing limits or authentication);
- resell or provide the Service to third parties as a competing offering without written permission;
- misrepresent your identity or the origin of content sent through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
4. Gmail / email integration
- When you connect a Gmail account, you authorize KarDeli to access that mailbox (scope
https://mail.google.com/) to provide the email features you trigger: reading, searching, and sending mail at your direction, plus the AI actions you initiate on that content. - You remain the controller of your mailbox. KarDeli processes email content only to perform the actions you request, under the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use), including: no ads, no selling data, no human reading except with consent or as permitted by that policy, and no training of generalized AI/ML models.
- You can disconnect an account in the app and/or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.
- Outgoing email is sent from your own connected address; you are the sender and are responsible for the content you send and for complying with anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, applicable local rules).
5. AI features and content
- AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — review important results. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for any professional/legal review it requires.
- You own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs you generate. We may use aggregated, de-identified telemetry to improve the Service; your Gmail content is not used to train generalized models.
- Models are provided through our gateway and third-party providers under their own terms; availability and pricing of specific models may change.
6. Billing and paid features
- Paid features consume prepaid credit shown in your account. Prices and included quotas may change with notice.
- Credit is non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. If we terminate the Service or materially restrict a paid feature you paid for, we will refund unused credit on a pro-rata basis.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Google, AI model providers, hosting). Their terms apply to your use of those components, and their availability is outside our control.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, KarDeli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or non-payment. Sections concerning liability, billing, and Google User Data obligations survive termination.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the KarDeli operator's place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
